Temporary Staffing Services

North Coast Recruitment can provide suitably skilled and experienced temporary staff on an hourly contract basis.


Our service enables you to meet your staffing requirements for personal leave, holidays relief, peak periods and special projects.


Our rates are all-inclusive, covering casual wages, workers compensation, payroll tax (as applicable), superannuation and our administration fee. The casual rates paid to our temporary staff are based on the relevant modern Awards and Agreements applicable to the industry.


All temporary staff are: interviewed by our consultants; reference checked; have their licences and qualifications verified and, where necessary, complete skills and aptitude testing.

Medically Fit

All blue collar personnel supplied to host employers have completed pre-employment medical and hearing tests, as well as drug and alcohol testing if required.


Both short and long term assignments are catered for ranging from one day to 12 months.


The performance of all temporary staff is regularly monitored to ensure they meet workplace requirements. All workplace issues affecting our temporary staff are addressed in consultation with the nominated North Coast Recruitment Consultant.


A 24 hour X seven day phone service is available to all clients and temporary staff.
